The game utilizes HTML5 LocalStorage on your local browser to persist:

• Your maximum High Score achievement.
• Your personalized player scoreboard alias name.
• Your custom content link configurations inside the playground feature.

This data is entirely restricted to your local sandboxed browser storage. It is never uploaded to external servers, cloud databases, or third parties.

03. CUSTOM EMBEDS & EXTERNAL IFRAMES

If you utilize the playable web portal playground to load third-party custom gameplay canvases, those links execute isolated in an HTML5 `iframe`. We do not capture, record, or track the URLs you insert. Please consult the separate privacy declarations of any custom websites you choose to embed.

04. COOKIES & ANALYTICS TRACKING

We do not integrate any sneaky third-party ad structures, behavioral profiling trackers, or invasive analytics APIs. We focus strictly on bringing you direct, lightweight arcade cognitive stimulation.

02. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE

The code, graphics, interactive physics calculations, music, layout art, visual stroop combinations, and branding assets of Finger Frenzy Rush are the exclusive property of FBJ Studios. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal entertainment usage license strictly on compatible web and mobile devices.

03. EMBEDDED CONTENT PLAYGROUND POLICY

Our custom embed feature allows players to load URLs in an integrated viewport. By using this tool, you warrant you will not configure URLs that lead to malicious software, copyrighted materials without permission, pornographic content, dangerous scripting, or offensive displays.

04. MODIFICATION OF SOFTWARE & SCORE INJECTIONS

You agree not to manipulate, inject scripts, or automate score submission sequences into our local storage high score array using dev consoles or automation frameworks. Maintaining a fair, natural cognitive competition environment keeps the leaderboard authentic for all reflex fans!

05. LIABILITIES & DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY

The game is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FBJ Studios is not liable for data loss due to browser storage purging, display glitches during fast stages, audio rendering hiccups, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from play session execution.
